The Embassy is selecting sponsors for the next incoming cultural events

On the occasion of the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union starting the 1^st of July 2014, the Embassy of Italy in Amman will be promoting a series of cultural events to celebrate the “Italian excellencies” and its long-established relationship with Jordan.
Among the main events scheduled so far, there is a performance of traditional music and dance from the Apulia Region, the so called “Pizzica salentina”, as well as an exhibition which historically compares Western and Islamic garments.

These events are meant to enhance the Italian presence in Jordan within the perspective of intercultural dialogue, hoping they will be enjoyed by the national and the international community in Jordan. 

Considering the shortage of budget and bearing in mind that the estimated cost of setting up such events is about 50.000 JDs, the Embassy of Italy has opted to search for private sponsorships.
All the companies interested in financing the coming cultural events are asked to contact the Embassy by the 29th of May at the following e-mail address: amministrativo.amman@esteri.it.
This will allow to proceed in a timely manner, ensuring the highest visibility in agreement with the sponsors and the maximum financial transparency.
